How long does it take to process my order?

We handcraft your order and the processing time takes around 7-14 business days.

Do I have to pay in advance to make the order?

Yes, all orders will be charged in advance.

Which currency are Sokya House prices set to?

Our website currency is set to USD.

Please use www.xe.com to convert prices to your own currency.

How long is the shipping and what companies do you use?

We use Fedex and DHL express and normally it takes around 7-10 days to arrive.

What are the available payment methods?

We accept credit cards and Paypal.

Is Import tax included in my order?

Import tax is not included in your purchase. Your local custom authorities will calculate and collect any import taxes payable on your shipment. If you have questions, we suggest you contact your local tax department, as each country has different regulation and charges.

Do you offer complimentary delivery in Indonesia?

We offer a free delivery service within Indonesia using JNE and SiCepat

Does Sokya House have a retail shop?

Sokya House is an online retail merchant and does not have a physical store. We will update if we have added new stockists.

How should I wash my Sokya House garments?

Due to the hand-made nature of our garments, we recommend you hand wash Sokya House garments in lukewarm water only. Lay your garment flat to dry. Do not hang on hanger to dry, as this can cause the garment to stretch. Do not machine wash or tumble dry.

How will I know when my order is dispatched?

You will receive an automated email with a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

Tracking shows my order was delivered, but I did not receive it.

Please contact your local DHL/Fedex office immediately to report this. They will investigate and solve this problem quickly. A missing parcel claim must be reported and confirmed to DHL/Fedex by the consignee (you). If DHL are still unable to locate your parcel, please email us at info@sokyahouse.com.

I placed my order, but did not receive an order confirmation or shipment update.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an automated confirmation email with tracking number from info@sokyahouse.com If you did not receive this email, please check your junk / spam folder.
